ΛΑΒΕΤΕ ΘΕΣΗ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ΖΗΜΙΩΘΟΥΝΕ ΑΝΕΠΑΝΟΡΘΩΤΑ ΤΑ ΝΗΣΙΑ ΜΑΣ

ΨΗΦΙΣΜΑ

Με την από 23/12/2013 απόφαση, ο Υπουργός ΠΕΚΑ (Α.Π. 172568), ενέκρινε τους περιβαλλοντικούς όρους για την εγκατάσταση γιγαντιαίου, βιομηχανικών διαστάσεων (περιοχές natura – βιοποικιλότητα) έργου, αιολικών πάρκων στα νησιά Άνδρος – Νάξος – Τήνος – Πάρος, συνολικής ισχύος 218,5MW (95 ανεμογεννήτριες ύψους 100m η κάθε μία), διασυνδεόμενα μεταξύ τους με υποθαλάσσιο καλώδιο υψηλής τάσης 150 KV συνολικού μήκους 158,86 χλμ.
Οι τοπικές κοινωνίες, οι δήμοι και η διοικητική μας περιφέρεια, αγωνιζόμαστε ενάντια στην υλοποίηση του βιομηχανικού αυτού έργου διότι:

1. Ανατρέπει την φέρουσα ικανότητα των νησιών μας.

2. Ακυρώνει τα ήπια αιγαιοπελαγίτικα χαρακτηριστικά.

3. Υποβαθμίζει ανεπανόρθωτα το αναγνωρισμένο διεθνώς νησιωτικό φυσικό μας περιβάλλον.

4. Τσιμεντοποιεί τεράστιες εκτάσεις γης καταστρέφοντας το φυσικό περιβάλλον και την βιοποικιλότητα χωρίς αναστροφή και δυνατότητα αποκατάστασης.

5. Παραβιάζει την καταγεγραμμένη από αιώνες πολιτιστική μας παράδοση και πολιτισμό, επιβάλλοντας νέους βιομηχανικούς όρους διαβίωσής μας.

6. Πλήττει την τοπική οικονομία, ακυρώνοντας τους όρους νησιώτικης ανάπτυξης.

7. Διαμορφώνει μεταναστευτικές συνθήκες των οικογενειών μας εξαιτίας του επαναπροσδιορισμού των νέων συνθηκών της λειτουργίας και βιωσιμότητας των επιχειρήσεών μας, αλλά και της απασχόλησης των οικογενειών μας.

8. Απαξιώνει τις αξίες της γης και των ακινήτων μας.

9. Επιφέρει θανάσιμο πλήγμα στον τουρισμό μας και στην οικονομία που στηρίζεται σε αυτόν και στην οποία επενδύουμε χρόνια καθημερινά.

10. Αντιστρατεύεται την αρχή της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης (κοινωνία – περιβάλλον – ανάπτυξη) προς όφελος του επενδυτικού και επιχειρηματικού και μόνο κέρδους.

           Ο αγώνας μας θα προσδιορίσει τις τύχες μας!

Mit dem Beschluss des griechischen Umweltministers vom 23.12.2013 sind die Umweltbedingungen, für den Bau eines gigantischen industriellen Projekts von 95 Windkraftanlagen (á 100m Höhe) mit einer Gesamtleistung von 218,5 MW auf der Inselgruppe Andros, Naxos, Tinos und Paros, gegeben.

Die Windkraftparks werden mit einer Hochspannungsleitung (mit einer Gesamtlänge von 158,86 km), die auf dem Grund des Meeresbodens verlegt wird, miteinander verbunden.

Aus folgenden Gründen kämpfen die Stadtbezirke, die Gemeinden und die Regionalverwaltung gegen das geplante Projekt:

1. Übersteigerung der Tragfähigkeit unserer Inseln

2. Entstellung der charakteristischen Ägäischen Insellandschaft

3. Unwiderrufliche Degradierung unserer weltweit einzigartigen Inselkulisse

4. Zubetonierung enormer Landflächen sowie Zerstörung der Umwelt und Biovielfalt

5. Verstoß gegen unsere jahrhundertalte Tradition und Kultur durch die neuen industriellen Gegebenheiten in unserem Alltag

6. Schwächung unserer Lokalwirtschaft durch die Ausbremsung unseres Inselwachstums

7.Entwicklung neuer Migrationsbedingungen für uns und unsere Familien aufgrund der Neuausrichtung unserer Tätigkeits- und Arbeitsbedingungen

8.Wertverlust von Land und Immobilien

9.Gravierende Beeinflussung unserer Haupteinnahmequelle, den Inseltourismus, in den jahrzehntelang investiert wurde   

10. Das Projekt basiert nur auf die Thesen der nachhaltigen Entwicklung (Gesellschaft-Umwelt-Aufschwung) die zum Profit der Industrie beisteuern.

On the 23rd/12/2013 the minister of Environment approved the environmental conditions   for the realization of a giant,   of- industrial-dimensions project: the installation of  95 wind generators of 100m height each with a total capacity of  218,5MW on the islands of Andros, Tinos, Naxos and Paros. These wind parks will be connected   via an undersea high tension wire of 150 KV and of a total length of 158,86 km.

The local communities, the municipalities of the four islands and the administration of the South Aegean region (Cyclades and Dodecanese), we fight against the realization of this industrial project because:

1.    It exceeds the carrying capacity of the islands.

2.    It distorts the mild Aegean   characteristics of the islands

3.    It irreversibly downgrades the environment of the islands which is globally recognized as unique  

4.    Enormous areas of land will be covered by cement devastating the natural environment   and the biodiversity  irreversibly

5.    It violates our tradition and civilization which remain unchanged throughout the centuries imposing new industrial conditions in our lives.

6.    It severely affects the local economies by cancelling the terms of   insular development

7.    It forms new migration conditions for our families as we must redefine the ways we live and work

8.    It reduces dramatically the value of our estates

9.    It affects incoming tourism on which we have been investing for many decades. Tourism is the main source of income for most of islanders.

10.  It counters to the principal of   sustainable development (society-environment –development) for the  sole  benefit of  industrial profit.
